This notice explains how the Top Auto Parts website prepares inquiry details and transfers the conversation to WhatsApp.

Selected public part references, names, model details and quantities are stored in this tab’s sessionStorage so your list can survive a page reload. Contact details, VINs, messages and files are not saved in that draft. Remove items or clear the list in the inquiry window. Browser session restoration may retain the draft; clearing this site’s browser data also removes it.

Information entered in the inquiry window and files selected there stay in the current page’s memory while you prepare the request. Continuing opens WhatsApp with a structured summary marked as a website inquiry. Attachments must be added in WhatsApp. Closing the window discards its form and file selection; your public parts list remains separate.

Opening the WhatsApp link shares its prefilled text with WhatsApp; the message is sent only when you choose to send it there. Information you send is used to review and follow up on your request and is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Avoid sending identity documents, payment credentials or unrelated personal information.

The parts draft uses sessionStorage rather than a tracking cookie. Google Analytics 4 is offered only after you allow analytics in the consent notice; the preference is stored in localStorage. With that permission, campaign tags in the page address may be kept for this tab and a WhatsApp-button click may be recorded as a lead event so we can assess which campaign produced a business enquiry. The campaign source may also be added visibly to the prepared WhatsApp message. The analytics setup disables Google advertising signals and advertising-personalization signals. Google may process device, page, approximate location and interaction information under its own terms. Loading a page also sends ordinary technical request information, such as the IP address and browser headers, to the hosting provider. Clear this site’s browser data to reset the analytics choice.
